Major Partner – $3500 incl. GST

  • No other competing business will be accepted as a Major Partner
  • Presentation by your company or a chosen representative to address delegates for five minutes
  • A single exhibition space in the trade exhibition area.
  • Inclusion of your company logo and profile in the Partners and Exhibitors area on the Conference app.
  • Recognition as Major Partner in the Conference promotional material
  • Complimentary registrations for two company delegates to conference sessions, all luncheons, cocktail functions and conference dinner including partners

Trade Partner – $2200 incl GST

  • A single exhibition space in the trade exhibition area
  • Inclusion of your company logo and profile in the Partners and Exhibitors area on the Conference app.
  • Recognition as a Trade Partner in the Conference promotional material
  • Complimentary registrations for two company delegates to conference sessions, all luncheons, cocktail functions and conference dinner including partners
  • The opportunity to include your promotional material in the delegates' satchels
  • Delegates satchels for two company representatives
  • The opportunity to participate in the Partners' prize draw

Session Partner - $1250 incl. GST

  • The opportunity to introduce one of the sessions at the Conference and include an address about your company (max 3 minutes)
  • Complimentary registration for one company delegate to conference sessions, all luncheons, cocktail functions and conference dinner including partner.
  • The opportunity to include your company promotional material in the delegate satchels.
  • Recognition as a Session Partner in the event promotional material
  • Delegate Satchel for one company representative.

LG Support Partner –  $1600 incl. GST

  • The opportunity to include your company promotional material in the delegates' satchels
  • Recognition as a Conference Partner in the event promotional material
  • Complimentary registration for 2 delegates to attend the full conference including networking sessions and dinner

Community Partner – $550 incl. GST

The opportunity for a community group or organisation to show their support for the 2021 Community Development Conference
Entitlements at the Conference:

  • Company logo on the back of the official Conference Program
  • The opportunity for employees to attend the Conference at the discounted member rate

Other advertising and recognition

Included with all levels of partnership (excl. LG Support Partner):

  • One quarter-page advertisement in one edition of LG Professionals WA's Statewide magazine
  • Annual corporate membership of LG Professionals WA - including member rates for two company representatives at other LG Professionals WA events;
  • and regular publications and information updates

Exhibitor Terms and Conditions

  1. If an Exhibitor fails to comply in any substantial respect with these terms and conditions:
    (a) Local Government Professionals Australia, WA, may sell or reallocate the Exhibitor’s allocated exhibition space; 
    (b) the Exhibitor is to be liable for any loss suffered by Local Government Professionals Australia, WA, as a result of the Exhibitor’s failure; and 
    (c) all monies paid by the Exhibitor are to be forfeited to Local Government Professionals Australia, WA.
  2. If an Exhibitor fails to occupy its allocated exhibition space by the advertised opening time of the event, Local Government Professionals Australia, WA, may arrange for the space to be occupied in whatever manner it considers to be in the interests of the event, without any refund or compensation to the Exhibitor and without releasing the Exhibitor from any liability.
  3. An Exhibitor must not erect any sign, stand wall or obstruction which, in Local Government Professionals Australia, WA’s opinion, interferes with an adjoining Exhibitor.
  4. The Exhibitor must not damage any walls, floors or ceiling of the exhibition area in which its stand is located, whether by nails, screws, oil, paint, or any other way. 
  5. Local Government Professionals Australia, WA, will not be responsible for:
    (a) any loss of, or damage to, any property of an Exhibitor; 
    (b) any damage claimed by any person who may be injured while in the space allotted to the Exhibitor; or 
    (c) any economic or other loss sustained by the Exhibitor. 
  6. The Exhibitor undertakes to insure, at their full replacement value, the contents of its stand and all associated equipment and materials. 
  7. The Exhibitor is responsible for the safety of its products, display and stand and agrees that, during setup and dismantling, the contents of its stand and all associated equipment and materials, will not be left unattended. 
  8. Without the written consent of Local Government Professionals Australia, WA, the Exhibitor must not sublet, or allow anyone else to use, its allocated exhibition space. 
  9. ‘Event promotional material’ refers to brochures and any other material that may be distributed regarding the Conference. It does not include delegate satchels.
  10. All representatives of an Exhibitor must be employed by the Exhibitor.
  11. Trade and exhibition spaces must be registered under a single company name.
  12. Each additional company representative will be charged $300 per day and there is a limit of 4 registrations.
 

Structure of the Conference

The 2021 LG Professionals WA Community Development Conference starts on Thursday morning and finishes on Friday afternoon.
