The LGMA Ignite Program

Leadership style, organisational culture and power dynamics have an impact on you and your team. It's important to be aware of these influences and understand how you can respond and make a difference. This along with the core elements of coaching and leading your team effectively are the main focus areas of the Ignite Program.

The program is specifically designed for management personnel working in Local Government and will be presented by Local Government Professionals with first hand knowledge and experience of the program topics.

Following a successful year in 2015, this program will run again in 2016.

The LGMA Executive Management Program

This highly interactive 3-day program is the only one of its kind where the content is Local Government specific. All presenters are extremely knowledgeable, highly experienced and well regarded in local government.
  
The program is intended for individuals seeking a better understanding of senior and executive management in local government, including those new to the sector, those who aspire, or have recently been appointed, to a CEO or Senior Manager Position in local government or existing senior managers seeking a refresher. However, we cannot stress enough; it is not just for CEO’s.
 
The program is professionally facilitated by Lynda Folan from Inspired Development Solutions . Other speakers include Neil Douglas from McLeods Barristers and Solicitors and a wide range of distinguished CEO’s.
