Throughout the reform process LGMA has worked hard to represent the interests of members, and LGMA takes seriously its commitment to support members through the reform process.

The reform process has had a noticeable impact on Local Government Officers. Many LGMA members are under substantial work pressures and there is an ongoing need for resilience and well-being support to be available for the sector.
