Planning your next career move: Is moving forward always a straight line?

When was the last time you were really excited about your job? Do you feel as if there is no path to progression or that you have learned all that you can from what is in front of you? Do you feel it is time to take action, but you don't know how, when or where to find the next steps on your journey? Often, we end up in a role because an opportunity presented itself that, at the time, offered everything that we could want. But what do we do when we decide we want more, how do we find it, and what can we do to stand out amongst the crowd to seize it? Come along to this session and be inspired by our panel of professionals as they share their own career journeys, outline strategies to identify opportunities for progression and explore how to pounce successfully when opportunities arise.
