About Laughter Yoga:

Laughter Yoga consists of three simple and efficient steps:

1. A clapping mantra to produce endorphins in the blood stream through activating acupressure points in the hands. This, with positive motion, will create positive e-motions.
2. Mindful inward breath exercises give you the tools to reduce stress, anxiety and feel the strength within to become more resilient.
