We have received some very positive feedback from current students which reaffirms our belief that this program delivers tangible benefits and opportunities for participants. This program is a post-graduate course designed to enhance the skills middle and senior managers, aspiring executives, and CEOs need. Officers without a degree qualification can participate through verified, applicable sector experience of more than five years.
The course consists of existing MBA units and will be delivered through a hybrid of online material and activities, and on-campus blocks of teaching for each unit, covering:
- Managing people and organisations
- Responsible management
- Transformative Leadership
Content delivery will reflect an experiential learning philosophy, emphasizing the discussion of ideas and activities and their application in actual work projects. Attention will be paid to how this learning translates into work-life in the organisation.
The course will run from mid-March 2024 (with orientation on 6 March) through to December 2024, with applications for scholarships opening in October 2023. Assessment will be based on assignments, projects, case studies and reflections.
