Account Manager - Overdue Council Rates Recovery - AMPAC Debt Recovery

Due to extraordinary growth in the sector, an outstanding opportunity exists for the right person to join AMPAC in Perth as a key member of our established Local Government account management team. A keen eye for detail, and a commitment to customer services is key to securing this position.

This role is ideally suited to those who enjoy building and maintaining above average client relationships whilst delivering positive outcomes in a timely manner. This is a permanent position, commanding an attractive remuneration package.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role will involve working within a team that manages a large number of overdue ratepayer accounts on behalf of AMPAC's Local Government clients. The ability to absorb information and a desire to learn new skills whilst working in a fast-paced environment is essential.

The role has a very strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships, therefore the ability and desire to deliver a high level of customer service is critical. The successful candidate will be a highly organised individual, skilled in both Word and Excel, used to working within tight timeframes, and meeting performance targets.
