Job Vacancy Advertising Terms and Conditions

• All relevant information for the advertisement is to be provided by the advertising local government including:

1. Job Title
2. Full advert text
3. Local government logo
4. Contact details of relevant person for enquiries related to the position/recruitment
5. Vacancy closing date
6. How to apply details
7. PDF's for inclusion EG: Job Description, employment package etc (Maximum of 4)
8. One photo/image supplied by local government (if they so wish)

• Logos and contact details supplied must be those of the local government, third party recruitment company details will not be accepted
• Adverts will remain live until the application closing date
• Advertising extensions are permitted if no/no suitable candidates apply
• We aim to have advertisements live within 24 hours, however please allow 5 working days for your advert to be live
• Complimentary adverts offered as a local government membership benefit or adverts offered as an advertising package are to be used within the current financial year and cannot be rolled over. Unused adverts are forfeited.
• Adverts placed within the current financial year but with a closing date in the new financial year are permitted, subject to the closing date being prior to the 31 July of that year.
• LG Professionals WA reserve the right to refuse a complimentary vacancy advert submitted as part of a local government membership where the invoice for that membership is more than 30 days overdue.
• LG Professionals WA reserve the right to refuse a vacancy advert submitted as part if an advertising package where the invoice for that package is more than 30 days overdue.
• LG Professionals WA reserve the right to refuse any advert using discriminatory and defamatory language.
• To receive the discount offered via the advertising packages, adverts must be pre-purchased as a package. The cost of individual vacancy advertisements placed outside of a package purchase cannot be retrospectively discounted.
