Effective management of challenging conflict situations
CONFLICT causes significant disruptions and reportedly unprecedented levels of stress in the workplace. Participants attending this workshop will develop an understanding of the processes of conflict coaching and mediation in order to increase their skills and confidence in assisting others to manage themselves in conflict constructively.
