Event registrations / enrolments
Event registrations and enrolments are for the named delegate only, enrolments cannot be shared with other delegates.

Cancellations and substitutions
Local Government Professionals Australia WA (LG Professionals WA) understands that circumstances may arise which prevent a delegate from attending a public event once enrolled.

In that instance, LG Professionals WA policy is to accept a substitute. Substitute requests should be provided in writing to [email protected] and include the full name, job title and email address of the substitute delegate.

If a substitute delegate cannot be confirmed and subsequently cancellation of the enrolment is made less than 14 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will be apply.

Videos and photographs
In registering for the event delegates grant permission to LG Professionals WA to take and have full and free use of videos/photographs containing their image or likeness.
It is understood these images may be used for promotion purposes by LG Professionals WA.

Delegates agree that they are not entitled to any payment from LG Professionals WA in respect of their image/likeness or its use.

In-house Training
Written quotations and information can be provided on a case-by-case basis for local governments wishing to run one of our training programs in-house.
To confirm your in-house training program, we require written acceptance of a quotation provided to you. This will form the basis of a binding contract. A 100% cancellation fee will apply if you subsequently choose to cancel the in-house training.
