The Board comprises twelve (12) Directors. There are four (4) Director positions vacant on the LG Professionals WA Board of Management, for election from the membership. Nominations for these positions open on Wednesday 23 September 2020.
Interested candidates should request and read the Board Candidate Information Pack and the 2020 Election for LG Professionals WA Board of Management - Nomination Form. Requests for these documents should be addressed in writing to Candy Choo, Returning Officer, Local Government Professionals Australia WA and submitted via email to

Members wishing to nominate for a board position have until 5pm Wednesday, 14 October 2020 to confirm their eligibility to nominate, complete the nomination form and together with a candidate profile and
high-resolution photo, provide it to Candy Choo, Returning Officer, LG Professionals WA via email

Nominations must be received by LG Professionals WA no later than 5pm, Wednesday 14 October 2020 to be valid.
Nominating candidates are encouraged to be available for a 'Meet the Candidates' Q&A session on Friday 16 October 2020 from 11.00am - 12.00pm to be conducted via zoom. This will provide an opportunity for LG Professionals WA members to ask questions of candidates and an opportunity for candidates to detail why members should vote for them to join the Board of Directors.
