Now in its second year, our refer a friend promotion rewards existing members with a $50 credit towards their own membership fee or event registration each time they refer a friend who joins the Association.
*According to Nielsen's Syndicated Real Life versus Digital Life Report, Australians trust traditional channels and prefer real-life conversations when it comes to sharing brand experiences or seeking recommendations. Word-of-mouth and real-life conversations have a stronger influence on consumer's minds and, therefore, their purchasing decisions. Nearly half of the respondents surveyed (46%) confirm that word-of-mouth influences then highly (versus social media at 31%) and 58% indicate real life conversations make an impact on their purchasing decisions (versus social media at 47%). Real life conversations happen naturally and are a way for consumers to share their true emotions with their community.
So, with this in mind we are looking for our existing members, happy and impressed by their membership experience to date to be our brand ambassadors and recommend membership to their colleagues across the WA local government sector.
How do I refer a friend and earn a $50 reward?
All you need to do is recommend membership to a non-member, its that simple! The non-member will then apply for membership and list your name on their application form. Once the form is received and processed we will be in touch to confirm the details of your $50 credit reward.
